ACTRESS Cindy Morgan has died, according to heartbreaking reports on Saturday.
The film and TV star, who fans may fondly recall from the 1980 comedy Caddyshack and 1982’s Tron, was 69 years old.

Cindy’s death was reported by TMZ on December 6, 2024.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the actress’ death took place in the area to the outlet.
No further details have been given regarding when she died or what the circumstances were at this time.
The outlet confirmed that her body is at a local funeral home there in Florida.
Cindy is arguably best known for playing Lacey Underall in the famed 1980 golf comedy alongside Chevy Chase, Bill Murray, and Rodney Dangerfield.
She portrayed the country club owner’s hot-to-trot niece, who catches the attention of nearly every male character.
WORRISOME TURN
Cindy’s life seemingly took a difficult turn in her latter years.
In 2022 she wrote on X (formerly Twitter): “All I want for Christmas is a safe place to live! I’ve got two weeks.”
She shared worrisome text messages with a friend saying she “has no agent.”
She alleged that the person who helped her break into showbiz was “taking advantage” of her and “turned into the FBI.”

Cindy was born Cynthia Ann Cichorski on September 29, 1954 in Chicago, Illinois, according to IMDB.
While studying communications at Northern Illinois University, Cindy spun records on the college’s radio station.
She used the stage name Cindy Morgan, taken from a story she read about Morgan le Fay when she was 12 years old, per the outlet.
She then became a meteorologist in Illinois, pulled late shifts at a local radio station, and moved to Los Angeles in 1978.
There, she became the Irish Spring Girl, the face of the soap brand, and had her big break in Caddyshack two years later.
Her resume now spans an astounding 37 credits.
She played two major roles in the action flick Tron – Lora and Yori.
In addition to this, she also starred in Galaxis, Silent Fury, Up Yours, and other movies with her last credit being a 2022 indie film.
