Charlotte, 31, has been engaged to her partner Matthew Sarsfield since September 2020.
He previously popped the question by a statue of her late father – famous comedian Les Dawson – as they announced the news on social media.
But in more stressful time for the couple, she took to her Instagram account to put an urgent question to her devoted followers.
She shared a screenshot of the email the alleged hackers sent her, as she revealed that they have access to personal details.
The Celebs Go Dating personality painted over the password the hackers have, leading her fans to believe that the threat is real.
She wrote: “So firstly we got hacked on our home account, now onto Matthews Facebook & his email.
“They’ve spent £700 on his card.. now they have sent him this email & want him to pay £500 to squash everything..”
She added: “Has anyone had this & what do we do?!?!”
The email described a “security breach” involving the duo’s technological devices.
They admitted a Trojan virus was used on all the devices to get access to the email addresses.
Hackers also gained access to microphone, video camera and keyboard and other personal information has also been compromised.
This includes “data, photos and web browsing history,” that belongs to the Ex On The Beach star.
This is on top of their “messengers, social networks, email correspondence, chat history and contact list.”
