Charlie Sheen’s rarely seen twins support mom Brooke Mueller after Matthew Perry ketamine investigation

Brooke Mueller has the support of her twin sons after becoming embroiled in the investigation into Matthew Perry’s death from ketamine.

Charlie Sheen’s third ex-wife posed for a photo with Bob and Max, 15, while celebrating her 47th birthday at the Beverly Hills, Calif., home of her mom, Moira Fiore, and stepfather, Jon Fiore, on Saturday.

“I’m very grateful for my kids,” Mueller said at the event, per the Daily Mail.

The harmonious image was snapped just days after federal agents arrested and charged five people in connection to Perry’s death last October.

As Page Six previously reported, authorities received a warrant to search Mueller’s home and ended up seizing her computer and phone. The “Possessed” actress had been in rehab seeking treatment for her substance abuse issues at the time.

Authorities did, however, quiz Mueller about her longtime friendship with the late “Friends” star — but was never accused of any wrongdoing.

Instead, multiple agencies worked together and discovered two doctors, Perry’s personal assistant, a so-called “Ketamine Queen” and an acquaintance allegedly plied the “17 Again” actor with the drug illegally.

“These defendants took advantage of Mr. Perry’s addiction issues to enrich themselves. They knew what they were doing was wrong. They knew what they were doing was risking great danger to Mr. Perry, but they did it anyways,” US Attorney Martin Estrada said during a press conference last week.

“In the end, these defendants were more interested in profiting off Mr. Perry than caring for his well-being.”

Officials revealed that Perry’s assistant Kenneth “Kenny” Iwamasa admitted to administering the final dose of ketamine that ultimately killed the sitcom star.

Iwamasa, 59, pleaded guilty on Aug. 7 to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine causing death and faces 15 years in prison when sentenced in his federal case.

Searches also unearthed text messages between now-arrested doctors Mark Chavez and Salvador Plasencia discussing how to scam Perry into paying more money for ketamine.

“I wonder how much this moron will pay” one message read, as well as, “Lets [sic] find out.”

The “Fools Rush In” star was found floating face down in his jacuzzi on Oct. 28, 2023, and declared dead at the scene. His autopsy report revealed he died from the “acute effects of ketamine” and listed the manner of death as accidental.

The autopsy report also listed drowning, coronary artery disease and effects of buprenorphine, a synthetic opioid used to treat substance abuse, as other conditions that contributed to his death.

Perry was 54.
