Cassie Allegedly Cried When Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Was About to Shoot Suge Knight

Sean Diddy Combs had an intense and infamous rivalry with fellow music mogul Suge Knight that changed the hip hop industry. But even years later, it appeared that their feud hadn’t died down. So much so that, according to Cassie, Diddy once armed himself just knowing that Knight was in his area.

Diddy allegedly almost dragged his ex-girlfriend Cassie into his feud with his nemesis Knight. It was one of many traumatic experiences the “Me and U” singer alleged Diddy put her through in her lawsuit against him. According to Allhiphop, Cassie’s attorney referenced an incident when an armed Diddy was about to confront Knight for a final showdown. The moment was used as evidence of Diddy’s more violent side.

“On one occasion when Mr. Combs and Ms. Ventura were using drugs together in his home, one of his security staff barged in and announced that Suge Knight—a longtime rival of Mr. Combs—was spotted at Mel’s Drive-In Diner in Los Angeles,” the document read. “Mr. Combs began to get dressed, retrieved multiple guns from a safe and ran out of his home to where he believed Mr. Knight was dining. Ms. Ventura became terrified and began to cry.”

Diddy’s former head of security, Roger Bonds, also referenced the confrontation, adding more detail to the attorney’s claims. Bonds claimed that Diddy asked his assistant, David, to go to Mel’s diner to retrieve food. David would stop by the fast food chain with D-Rock, who was another security guard. When they saw Knight at Mel’s, they immediately alerted Diddy.

“So Puff gathers up the things that he’s gotta gather up, and he pulls up. He comes in the black caddilac,” Bonds told Vlad TV.

“Puff said, ‘Let’s end this s*** right now,’” Bonds recalled.

However, Diddy’s bodyguards convinced him to reconsider. After cooler heads prevailed, Diddy and his team simply returned home.

Suge Knight wasn’t surprised to hear about Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ abuse towards Cassie

Knight is currently serving a 28-year sentence in prison for a fatal hit and run. And although Diddy has enjoyed many years as a free man, there’s a chance he might follow a similar path. Diddy is currently on trial for many crimes including kidnapping, sexual assault, and sex trafficking. On his podcast Collect Call with Suge Knight, Knight joked that he had spare room in his cell for the prolific producer.

“Puffy, I don’t wanna see you go down, but if you need a celly, I’ma grant your a** my cell, boy! Have your cook game working,” Knight said.

On the same episode, Knight touched on Diddy’s allegations. Whereas Cassie’s lawsuit might’ve been eye-opening for many, Knight claimed the information wasn’t new to him.

“What Puffy done, what Puffy did, or what Puffy do, is not a surprise — everybody know what it is,” Knight said. “I mean, you gotta be able to that type of shit to a woman and to other women. But it’s not like it’s new news.”

Knight claimed that he knew about a specific abuse incident involving Diddy and another woman.

“Same time he beat the s*** outta motherf***ing Cassie, he had an assistant by the name of Capricorn,” he said. “He felt Cap was keepin’ this shit on the low about if she was messin’ with Cudi or not. Puffy beat the s*** out that b****.”

“Not only did he beat the s***out of her, it was an Interscope person, an Interscope check, that paid her to settle so he wouldn’t go to jail,” Knight continued.
