Cara Delevingne took Taylor Swift on a ‘wild ride’ while living together after ‘really horrible breakup’

Cara Delevingne admits she took Taylor Swift on a “wild ride” when they lived together.

The model described what it was like to be the pop star’s roommate while speaking to Nikki Glaser for an Interview magazine Q&A published Thursday.

“I was going through a really horrible breakup, and she let me live with her,” she explained without naming her ex or disclosing when the split occurred.

Delevingne has famously dated Michelle Rodriguez, St. Vincent and Ashley Benson. She is currently with singer Minke.

The “Paper Towns” star continued about Swift, “We’re very different people. She’s very homely, because she looked after me so well, but we got into some — not trouble, but I definitely took her for a bit of a wild ride.

“Just to get her to blush would be great,” she added.

Delevingne, 32, also described Swift, 34, as “one of the funniest” people, saying, “The thing about Taylor, though, is I’ve seen her do a speech at someone’s wedding before, and it was a roast.

“She’s one of the funniest, most clever people. Anyone could roast her easily, but at the same time, she could f–k everyone up so hard,” she expressed, adding that she could “roast” the Grammy winner, too, because they have lived together.

Delevingne and Swift have been friends for more than a decade. They met at the 2013 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, during which the singer performed and the model strutted down the runway.

Following their immediate connection, the England native went on to be part of Swift’s girl squad, made up of celebs like Selena Gomez, Karlie Kloss, Blake Lively, Emma Stone and Gigi Hadid, among others.

Since then, Delevingne and Swift have been spotted together numerous times, from girls’ nights out to supporting each other’s careers.

Most recently, the “Lover” singer went to see Delevingne as she played Sally Bowles in “Cabaret” on London’s West End.

As for Swift’s relationship with Travis Kelce, her longtime pal has expressed her approval.

In November 2023, just two months after the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and the songwriter debuted their relationship, Delevingne told E! News, “I’m so, so happy for her. There’s definitely something very different about them.”
