Cameo accidentally reactivated Jen Shah’s profile just weeks after she was sentenced to pay a collective $13.14 million she owes for her involvement in a telemarketing scheme.
However, it doesn’t mean she’s sending personalized videos to fans.
“Jen Shah is not using Cameo at this time due to the overwhelming request for videos,” her rep told Page Six on Tuesday. “The profile has been inactive, and may have been a glitch.”
The “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star, 49, initially sparked speculation that she had returned to the celebrity video platform after some fans received a push notification on Tuesday.
“I’m back on Cameo and can’t wait to connect! Request me for a personalized video today,” the Cameo notification read, according to a screenshot posted by @thevillageslob.
Reps for Cameo did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
Before the profile was deactivated on Tuesday afternoon, Shah charged $150 for a personalized video and $875 for a business one.

The reality TV star first joined Cameo in May 2021. However, it’s unclear when she stopped taking video requests because her last review was posted on Dec. 23, 2022 — just two weeks before she was sentenced to serve six-and-a-half years in prison.
The Bravolebrity was arrested on March 3, 2021, while filming Season 2 of “RHOSLC.” After vehemently maintaining her innocence for over a year, she stunned fans when she changed her plea to guilty days before she was set to stand trial.
In addition to her time in jail, Shah was also ordered to forfeit $6.5 million, pay restitution of $6.64 million and surrender several luxury items.
She must also enter a mental health treatment program as part of her five years of supervised release.
During her sentencing hearing on Jan. 6, Shah apologized to her family and the victims for running a nationwide telemarketing scheme that scammed thousands of people — specifically the elderly.
“I am sorry. My actions have hurt innocent people. I want to apologize by saying, I am doing all I can to earn the funds to pay restitution,” she said at the time.
Shah is scheduled to surrender to a federal prison in Texas on Feb. 17.
