Brittany Cartwright has officially filed for divorce from Jax Taylor, Page Six can confirm.
Court documents filed in Los Angeles Tuesday and obtained by Page Six show “The Valley” star, 35, filed for the dissolution of marriage with a minor child as the exes share a 3-year-old son, Cruz.
She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, per the paperwork.
Cartwright asked judge waive spousal support for both her and Taylor, whose real name is Jason Cauchi.
Page Six has reached out to reps for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Cartwright first announced their separation in February after nearly 5 years of marriage.
“Yes, marriages in general are very hard and I’ve had a particularly rough year this past year,” she said via her “When Reality Hit” podcast at the time.
“Jax and I are taking time apart and I made the decision to move into another home to take some space for the sake of my mental health.”
