It was revealed in court today that Filly, 29, faces two new counts of sexual penetration without consent.

He is yet to enter a plea for the two new charges.

A 10-day trial is set to begin on July 20, 2026.

The rapper has been on bail since October after allegedly sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s.

The alleged rape took place in his hotel room on September 28 after a gig at a venue in Hillarys, a coastal suburb of Perth.

Filly was arrested in Brisbane and extradited to Perth by West Australian detectives on October 9.

He has been banned from leaving the state since October and must report to Perth Police Station regularly.

In March, the rapper pleaded not guilty to four counts of sexual penetration without consent and three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm.

He also denied one count of strangulation – after being accused of choking the victim during the alleged assault.

At the time, Filly appeared nonchalant as he left court, telling reporters and camera crew filming him, “good afternoon, good afternoon”.

Filly was reportedly granted bail on 100,000 Australian dollars (£52,000) and under strict conditions.

On December 5, the rapper pleaded guilty to a reckless driving charge, according to court documents.

He was caught driving over 96mph on the Roe Highway on November 17.

These alleged offences took place while Filly was on tour in Australia.

It comes as the rapper was hit with an additional rape allegation in March.

Filly was accused of raping a British tourist in an unnamed Magaluf hotel after he performed at the holiday resort.

The woman, believed to be around 20 years old, reported him to police in Britain when she returned from her holiday in Spain.

After reports of the sexual assault charges broke out in October, Yung Filly was dropped by several brands and companies, including the Football Association (FA), ASOS, Heinz and German Doner Kebab.

The London rapper has 1.8 million YouTube subscribers and millions of Instagram and TikTok followers.

He is known for working with Beta Squad, a group of YouTube stars, appearing on Soccer Aid, as well as The Great Celebrity Bake Off on Channel 4.

The internet personality has also appeared on several BBC shows.
