Billie Eilish granted temporary restraining order against shirtless lurker

Billie Eilish has been granted a temporary restraining order against a man who was found shirtless outside of her Los Angeles home.

A judge ordered Raymond Black to stay at least 100 yards away from the “Bad Guy” singer, 21, and her house and to stop harassing her, TMZ reported on Saturday.

Per the outlet, Black must also avoid going near the home of Eilish’s parents, Maggie Baird and Patrick O’Connell.

The judge stated that the restraining order was based on “a credible threat of violence or stalking.”

On Monday night, Eilish returned home to allegedly find Black standing outside her living room window without a shirt on.

When she turned on the lights, the man was reportedly gazing at her through the glass.

After the seven-time Grammy winner contacted 911, cops searched the area and arrested Black nearby.

The alleged stalker had reportedly been lurking around Eilish’s home last year while it was under construction. He also popped up at her parents’ residence looking for the singer.

Eilish’s attorney declined Page Six’s request for comment.

The “Ocean Eyes” singer’s most recent restraining order comes more than a month after she sought a separate restraining order against 39-year-old Christopher Anderson, who allegedly broke into her family’s home multiple times.

ABC7 correspondent Chris Cristi said at the time that the male suspect allegedly jumped a fence at the property. It is unclear if anything was stolen.

O’Connell previously claimed Anderson had shown up to his LA residence several times since late December to profess his love for his daughter.

Eilish was granted a temporary restraining order against Anderson on Jan. 18, per TMZ.

The “Everything I Wanted” singer has had to take extra precaution in the past. She once hired a security guard after groups of fans began showing up outside of her home.

“It was really traumatizing,” Eilish told Rolling Stone in 2019. “I completely don’t feel safe in my house anymore, which sucks. I love my house.”

“I’ve loved attention my whole life, but I don’t think anyone knows what fame actually is,” she added. “Because if I did want to be famous, it wasn’t this kind.”
