Big Brother star in court after ‘violent bust-up at bar that left three people with serious injuries’

BIG Brother contestant Simone Reed has been hauled into court after a bust-up at a bar left three people in hospital with serious injuries.

The 36-year-old is accused of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, possessing a blade and assisting an offender.

Also in court was Carl Wild, 33, charged with attempted murder, aggravated burglary, criminal damage, assault and affray, and Lee Wild, 37, who is charged with assisting an offender.

All three were remanded in custody.

They will next appear at Teesside crown court on March 18.

The allegations follow an incident at Peggy Junes Bar in Redcar, North Yorks, on Saturday.

Reed, of Palmer Walk in Eaglescliffe, appeared on Big Brother 18, the show’s penultimate series on Channel 5 before it was axed by the broadcaster.

The reality show has since been rebooted by ITV.

She only featured on the show for a total of 15 days before being evicted through the back door.

The reality TV star also auditioned for The X Factor in 2014.
