This could result in her giving money to her soon-to-be ex-husband.
A source told In Touch Weekly that Lopez feels “screwed over” by Affleck. She doesn’t want to write him a “massive check.”
“It’s become very clear now that there’s no getting out of paying Ben half of what she made during their marriage, which is obviously not sitting well with her,” the source continued.
If the divorce takes a sour turn, the source added that Lopez has the money to “drag” out the proceedings and has “given her team the go-ahead to stall as much as they can, no matter what it costs her in fees.” Lopez allegedly feels “disgusted” that Affleck would take any of her earnings.
As for Affleck, the source added that he allegedly feels justified in receiving payment from Lopez.
“Ben is trying to play down the money aspect of it, but there’s no doubt it does represent a pretty decent payday,” the source alleged. “And he’s justifying taking it by saying he deserves every dime just for putting up with her and all her drama.”

Some sources suggest Ben Affleck will go after some of Jennifer Lopez’s money in the divorce proceedings. However, other sources say Lopez wants some of Affleck’s money. A source told Radar Online that Lopez paid for a lot of the couple’s marital expenses. Now, Lopez feels owed.
“One of the little-known secrets is Jennifer paid for much of their marital expenses and now she feels he owes her,” the source alleged, according to Yahoo. “She’s adding up all those private jet bills she puts on her plastic, the hotels, and meals, clothes, coffee runs, gas. The high cost of living was done on her dime. She paid the lion’s share for that $60 million mansion they bought, too.”
The source added that Lopez says Affleck “took so much money” from her during their marriage.

The insider added that Affleck and Lopez were planning to “get all their ducks in a row” before deciding to divorce.
