Ariana Madix rips Raquel Leviss as “subhuman” and Tom Sandoval as a “rat” in the explosive “Vanderpump Rules” Season 10 reunion trailer released Thursday.
“I have been super selfish,” Leviss, 28, admits at one point, prompting Madix, 37, to fire back, “Selfish does not cover it. Diabolical, demented, subhuman.”
Earlier in the clip, Madix refers to the duo — who betrayed her by hiding their months-long affair — as “f—king rats” who should not expect “anything good coming for them” during the March 23 taping.
The Something About Her co-founder was right, as the majority of the cast came for Leviss and Sandoval, 40, with a slew of heated insults.
“Poopoo head. Both of you, poopoo heads,” James Kennedy tells Leviss and Sandoval, inciting laughter from his co-stars and expressions of anguish from the disgraced pair.
Elsewhere, the DJ, 31, seemingly calls Sandoval a “backstabbing ho.” (Notably, Kennedy was previously engaged to Leviss before Sandoval’s apparent violation of bro code.)
“Get in my face again and I will f—k you up, motherf—ker,” Sandoval warns Kennedy, who reacts with equal ire.
“I will f—k you up so quickly,” he threatens the cover band singer. “You’re a worm with a mustache!”

During a break, Leviss and Sandoval debrief in a trailer to discuss the vitriol.
“They’re making you and me to be pathological liars,” Sandoval says, to which Leviss responds, “I see that, even though we know that we’re not.”
Toward the end of the sneak peek, Sandoval has had enough. “I need a break from filming. Stop filming me!” he shouts at a producer. “I don’t want a camera in my goddamn face!”
Back inside, host Andy Cohen presses Sandoval with one final question. “Tom, you are in love?” he asks, which appears to stump the bar owner.
“Come on, it’s a very simple question,” Kent, 32, then chimes in. “Are you in love or are you not?”
Madix was “heartbroken” and “blindsided” when she learned of the affair after a sexually explicit video featuring Leviss popped up on Sandoval’s phone the night of March 1, a source previously told Page Six.
Madix swiftly dumped Sandoval after nearly 10 years together. She has seemingly moved on with a new man named Daniel Wai.
They recently spent time together in New York City, where a Page Six spy overheard Madix and Wai “talking s–t” about Leviss during a date night at Ma De on May 3.
“Vanderpump Rules” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
