Time flies when you’re having fun.
Angeline Jolie spent three whole hours chatting away with hunky billionaire heir David Mayer de Rothschild while on a lunch date in Malibu, Calif., on Thursday.
In photos obtained by Page Six, the “Maleficent” star, 47, was seen smiling as she exited celebrity hotspot Nobu with the British environmentalist, 44, by her side.
For the outing, Jolie wore a chic black dress with cutouts that showed off her midsection.
She also paired the look with matching black heels and sunglasses.
Paparazzi snapped the “Girl, Interrupted” star as she walked to her car and flirtatiously played with her hair.
Mayer de Rothschild, who is part of the richest family in the world, appeared in good spirits as well, as he flashed a smirk and laughed along with Jolie.
The 6-foot-4 businessman was dressed in smart casual attire. He wore a pair of navy blue slacks, a grey shirt, jacket, black loafers and funky, striped socks.
Reps for Jolie did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment on whether the pair were out to discuss business or pleasure.
The meetup could have been for either reason as both parties appear to be single but also have activism in common.

Mayer de Rothschild is an advocate for environmentalism, who was worked as an ambassador for the Hyundai IONIQ, the first automobile built from the ground up and specifically available as a hybrid or electric-powered car.
Per his Instagram bio, he also wants to “warn and inform people about global warming.”

Meanwhile, Jolie worked with refugees for 20 years as a special envoy to the United Nations.
The actress left her post in December 2022 and said at the time, “I will continue to do everything in my power in the years to come to support refugees and other displaced people.”
Jolie has not been in a serious relationship publicly since her split from ex-husband Brad Pitt in 2016.
The two were declared legally single in 2019, but have been unable to finalize all the details of their divorce due to pending custody and asset issues.
Jolie and Pitt, 59, share six kids: Maddox, 21, Pax, 19, Zahara, 18, Shiloh, 16, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 14.
In 2021, the “Tomb Raider” star was spotted out on multiple dinner dates with the Weeknd in Los Angeles, but the duo never confirmed a romance and they have not been seen together recently.
Jolie then sparked dating rumors with Paul Mescal earlier this year when they were seen on a coffee date in January. However, they, too, did not hang out again recently.
Meanwhile, Mayer de Rothschild seems to be on the market as well, as it appears he has never been married and does not have any kids.
