Andy Cohen had to physically restrain two “Vanderpump Rules” cast members when confrontations against Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss became too intense during reunion filming.
While it’s unknown which two were separated by the reunion’s host, sources close to production told TMZ that it’s “not someone you’d guess.”
However, one thing we know is that the instigators of the near-brawl were not Sandoval, Leviss or Ariana Madix.
“It was like a nuclear bomb went off in the studio,” the insider shared.
Although taping lasted five hours, the temperament on set allegedly became explosive within two minutes and “never let up.”
The insider further told TMZ that not a single person took Sandoval or Leviss’ side, including Lisa Vanderpump.
“The anger towards them is to be expected,” a source close to the cast tells Page Six exclusively.
A second source tells us that the aforementioned events are “accurate.”
Reps for Bravo and the “Vanderpump Rules” cast didn’t return Page Six’s requests for comment.

During the reunion, Cohen, 54, asked Leviss and Sandoval, who were seated next to each other, when their affair began, and while the two admitted they hooked up, it didn’t turn into a full-blown relationship until later.
They also reportedly admitted that they’re still together, but the source told TMZ the relationship won’t last.
“That relationship is like on an egg timer,” the insider shared. “It’s not gonna last.”
Madix, 37, also cried at different times throughout filming but never became over-the-top. In fact, insiders said it was clear she had been going through a lot of therapy.
Unlike his ex, Sandoval, 40, was particularly destroyed by the events of his own making, and at one point, the cast had to take a break to relax.
Perhaps the break was when the first photos of Leviss, 28, and Sandoval were snapped together wearing all-black outfits and smoking.
Although Sandoval was initially miffed by Bravo’s cameras circling them, he and Leviss popped a squat on the concrete and had a heart-to-heart.
Their first public sighting comes just weeks after news of the pair’s affair broke and Madix dumped him after 10 years of dating.
A source told Page Six at the time that Madix was “blindsided” and “heartbroken” when she learned about the affair between her beau and best friend.
