ANDY Carroll has admitted he “made a mistake” as he begs ex Lou Teasdale for one last chance, after their split was blamed on his partying.
It was revealed this week how Andy, 36, had called time on his year-long romance with the celebrity make-up artist this week.

However, in a turn of events, the footy star’s friends have revealed he now “regrets” that decision.
A close friend of Andy’s told The Sun: “Andy has been saying he’s worried breaking up with Lou was a mistake.
“He lashed out after she complained about his partying and saying she’d rather he didn’t drink.
“They’re not back together but the door is open again. He’s even added her pictures back on his Instagram and followed her again.

“No one who knows them as a couple think there’s much hope of it working out but they both have doubts and are considering giving it one more chance.”
The pair got together following his bitter break-up with ex-wife Billi Mucklow.
However, this week The Sun exclusively revealed how Andy had broken-up with Lou.
The split came eight weeks after he was questioned by police following two boozy holiday arguments with Lou.
A source told us on Tuesday: “Andy got sick of Lou’s demands and her influencer lifestyle.
“She’s always posting on social media and he hates that. He told her it was over this week. He’s single now.”
In a drastic move, the father-of-five wiped all trace of Lou from his social media accounts.
A friend added: “Andy and Lou have been having massive rows for a while.
“It’s been a tough time and now he’s back in the UK, he just wants to focus on football and his kids.
“He hates the influencer lifestyle. He has no interest in posing for loved-up pics.
“He’s most happy spending time with his children and kicking a ball around. Money and fame means nothing to him these days.
“It was clearly causing issues between them.”
The Sun later exclusively revealed how Andy’s partying had caused tension in their relationship, and ultimately led to their split.
A mutual friend of the former couple told us: “Andy’s had a really tough 12 months and has struggled a lot since his marriage breakdown.

“Lou, who is sober, would prefer him to give up boozing, although she has dated other men who drink alcohol in the past.
“Andy’s mad about the idea, but she’s got his best interests at heart.
“She’s been there throughout all the ups and downs over the past year and really does love him.
“But it’s all been very toxic and upsetting. It’s as if they can’t live with or without each other.
“There are changes that Andy has to make – but it’s whether he is committed enough to do that.
“For now, he felt like he couldn’t make certain promises, but who knows what the future will hold for them both.”
Andy and Lou’s whirlwind romance began just weeks after he split from Towie star Billi Mucklow, mum-to-three of his five kids, last summer.
