Framing her face with aviator sunglasses, the Britain’s Got Talent judge gazed into the distance, with a hand placed on 11-year-old Hollie’s shoulder.
Lexi, 17, was also in the Instagram shot – wearing a gorgeous grey dress and a collection of dazzling jewellery.
Her record producer husband Chris Hughes was presumably behind the camera.
Amanda seemed to be in high spirits, despite being the recent victim of a cruel comment from toxic influencer Andrew Tate who mum-shamed her for posting a bikini snap.
The blonde bombshell wowed fans as she flashed her bum in a black string bikini for an outdoor shower on holiday.
Amanda’s jaw-dropping pose sparked reaction from former kickboxer, Andrew, 36, who is currently on house arrest in Bucharest with his brother Tristan over sex trafficking claims.
He replied to her picture on Twitter, saying: “You are a wife and a mother and you’re far past a teenager. There is no need for this post.”
The Sun previously revealed Lexi is set to earn a staggering £1m in just a year after being snapped up by Storm, the agency that helped make legendary Kate Moss a star.

But it’s not just modelling as last year Lexi launched her official Instagram account, appearing to eye up success as a fashion influencer just like her mum.
The radio host regularly uses her platform to show off her outfit of the day and it’s been reported Lexi could earn up to £10k per sponsored post.
Amanda is thought to be heavily involved in Lexi’s career and is slowly introducing her to the industry with plans to hit the ground running when she turns 18.
A source said: “Amanda has been in the industry for years and knows exactly what she is doing.
“She’s business savvy in her own right so with Storm on board it’s the dream combo.
“The plan is for Lexi to meet with a number of heavyweights of the next few years and make a name for herself.
“Love Island stars can command six figure deals for a single collection and with the offers coming in thick and fast for Lexi it’s no exaggeration to say she could easily land countless deals of that value within a year.
