ALEX Reid has called upon the prayers of his fans and followers after sharing a heartbreaking update about fiancée Nikki’s pregnancy.
The former cage fighter revealed that the couple had been dealt a devastating blow as Nikki Manashe’s waters broke just 18 weeks into pregnancy with the pair’s twins.

Alex and Nikki confirmed they were expecting twins after a series of IVF struggles earlier this year.
However, Alex was left saddened as he shared a post to inform his followers that the pregnancy had faced some tragic complications.
In a lengthy post, Alex asked fans to pray and be ‘sensitive’ to the couple’s upsetting news.
He wrote: “Please just pray for my family.
“Dear God, I come to you today with a heavy heart, asking for your help and guidance for Nikki @ivf_mama_nikki and my twins.”
The star went onto add that Nikki was still currently in hospital as a result of the ordeal.
Alex added: “Last night we had the most traumatic evening and Nikki’s waters broke and has had heavy bleeding.
“She is 18 weeks pregnant and is currently experiencing complications in the hospital.
“Please god keep my babies and Nikki safe.”

Alex went into detail as he sent out his public prayer as he asked for his wife and unborn twins to be given the “strength, health, and protection” that they needed in order to battle on through.
He also prayed for the medical professionals that were currently treating his wife to be guided to use their knowledge and skills to the best of their abilities and thanked them for being able to help treat any complications.
The heartbroken star concluded his lengthy post by writing: “I pray that Nikki and the twins feel your love and presence during this trying time, and that they are comforted by the support of their family and friends.
“May they find peace and strength in your grace, and may they emerge from this experience with renewed hope, joy, and gratitude.”
Nikki and Alex, who are parents to a daughter Anastasia born in 2021 after a seven year IVF battle., have had a difficult journey to parenthood but were left overjoyed at the news they were expecting twins earlier this year.
Blogger Nikki told the MailOnline about her current pregnancy: “It’s crazy a woman, who was told “you probably won’t be able to have children”, and has had fertility struggles is now going to be a mum-of-three.
“We were just absolutely shocked to be honest. I know people will say “well how can you be shocked because you had embryos put in?” but Anastasia was a twin as well and we lost her twin really early on in pregnancy. “
She added: “It’s still early days, everything is going so perfectly. Both of them healthy, their growing how they should be. We’re super, super excited and we’re going to have a crazy busy household.”
Nikki has had quite the journey to motherhood.
She almost died after an eptopic pregnancy before the couple embarked on IVF.
Six pregnancies then tragically ended in miscarriage for the pair before their ‘miracle’ baby Anastasia arrived.
