Alec Baldwin sued by 3 ‘Rust’ crew members after pleading not guilty in shooting

Three “Rust” crew members filed a lawsuit against Alec Baldwin and the film’s producers on Monday, according to court docs obtained by TMZ on Monday.

The individuals claim they have suffered anxiety and symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder after the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins in October 2021. She was 42.

As Page Six previously reported, the “30 Rock” alum pleaded not guilty in the case on Thursday.

The plaintiffs in the new suit — including dolly operator Ross Addiego, set costumer Doran Curtin and key grip Reese Price — were in the church set at New Mexico’s Bonanza Creek Ranch when Baldwin’s gun fired, killing Hutchins and striking director Joel Souza.

Addiego, Curtin and Price allege they were in close proximity to Baldwin, 64, when the gun was fired and sustained “blast injuries” from the ear-splitting sound of the shot.

The complaint accuses Baldwin of not paying attention during weapons training, for failing to ensure that the gun was not loaded with a live bullet and for discharging the round.

Reps for Baldwin did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Prosecutors have charged Baldwin with involuntary manslaughter for allegedly firing the weapon while it was pointed at Hutchins.

He initially denied accusations that he ever pulled the trigger on the prop gun, but prosecutors argued that “photos and videos clearly show Baldwin, multiple times, with his finger inside the trigger guard and on the trigger,” ahead of the deadly shooting.

Moving forward, Baldwin is not allowed to drink alcohol, own a gun or talk to potential witnesses besides discussing the continuation of filming “Rust.” The movie is scheduled to resume production this spring.
