Adele left stunned after security remove fans from Las Vegas show in shocking incident

WHEN you think of an Adele gig you may picture a family friendly show packed with fans sobbing into their glasses of white wine and holding each other as she belts out emotional hit after hit.

But one of the superstar’s latest Weekends With Adele residency performances in Las Vegas descended into something more like an 18-30 holiday to Benidorm.

The Easy On Me singer has told how countless boozed-up audience members had to be thrown out for disrupting the show.

One “refreshed” woman repeatedly had a boob popping out as she slugged tequila she had smuggled in to the venue.

On stage at Colosseum At Caesars Palace over the weekend, the British vocal powerhouse explained: “Last weekend’s shows were f***ing raucous.

“It was Mexican Independence. There were lots of celebrations going on outside and when there is a party atmosphere, it makes everyone want to party.

“So many people had to leave the show because they were acting so wild.

“They were being disruptive and stuff. It was absolutely crazy.

“The things people were doing. There was one lady at the front whose boob kept falling out.

“She must’ve been sunbathing until late because she came in basically in a bikini and a cover.

“She was sitting in the front row and very drunk. But it’s like she thought no one could see.

“And every time she went over to get more tequila, her boob would fall out.

“So I couldn’t really look at the front row.”

But Adele saw the funny side — and reckoned if she wasn’t performing she would have joined them knocking back the drink.

She added: “Don’t get me wrong, if I wasn’t on this side of the stage I’d be hammered.

“If I was sitting front row at a show I wanted to be at, I also would smuggle in a bottle of tequila.

“But I haven’t been drinking. And although it’s doing me very, very well, and it’s one thing I thought I would never conquer is not drinking alcohol, I am bored.”

Adele has been trying to keep healthy during the second leg of her Vegas run.

As well as the booze ban to protect her voice, she has put a halt to audience selfies and close-up chats for fear of catching Covid.

The Oscar winner has also tried to quit coffee and ditch sugary foods and get back to intense gym sessions, pumping iron twice a day.

Explaining how she has rediscovered her fitness mojo, Adele said: “The last few months I’ve been very lazy and I haven’t really been working my ass off at the gym.

“But I’ve been back doing that for a couple of weeks now.

“This week I was doing doubles, morning and afternoons.

“I’m back lifting weights. I’m ready to get my bum big and solid and round and ready.”

I recently decided to give up booze for a few months, Adele, and if you’re anything like me you will come to your senses sooner or later.

Jason now part of the chain gang

JASON Orange really is on his bike when it comes to Take That.

The singer, who quit the band in 2014, was spotted in North London with his bike.

I exclusively revealed last week how Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Mark Owen will embark on a massive UK tour next year in support of their first new album in six years.

Gary insisted the door is open should either Jason or Robbie Williams ever want to rejoin the group once more.

Getting Jason and Robbie back in tandem with the band could be a tall order.

IT’S safe to say Florence Welch won’t be penny pinching any time soon.

The kooky singer raked in a hefty £25,000 a day in 2022, far more than many cash-strapped Brits earn in a year, after seeing her assets pile on by just shy of £10million over 12 months.

New accounts filed to Companies House by the Dog Days Are Over singer have revealed the income reported across Florence’s three companies Mary Russell Touring, Mary Russell and Florence + The Machine to be an impressive £21,157,783 as of December 31, 2022.

The figure climbed by £9,226,507 after she recorded a total income of £11,931,276 for 2021.

MADONNA TOUR BACK ON TRACK

CHRISTMAS looks set to come early for Madonna fans.

The pop icon will kick off her delayed 40th anniversary Celebration Tour next month with the first of five nights at London’s O2 Arena.

And I can also reveal the singer is in talks to release new music to coincide with her global trek.

A source said: “Her last record, Madame X, dropped in 2019, but it’s no secret Madonna has been in the studio a lot over the past few years.

“She has a lot of new material saved up ready to go.

“And the start of the tour seems a perfect time to drop a new track – especially after the last few months.

“Think of it almost as a gift to her fans for helping pull her through one of the scariest moments of her life.”

October looks set to mark a remarkable bounce back to form for the Like A Prayer singer, who in June ended up in intensive care in a New York hospital after being found unresponsive in her mansion.

She was treated for a serious bacterial infection.

The first leg of her six-and-a-half month tour was postponed to allow her to recover.

Stressing how dark things got during her hospitalisation, Madonna – who released her self-titled debut album in 1983 – said in July: “Love from family and friends is the best medicine.

“One month out of the hospital and I can reflect.

“As a mother you can really get caught up In the needs of your children and the seemingly endless giving . . . But when the chips were down my children really showed up for me. I saw a side to them I had never seen before.

“It made all the difference. I realised how lucky I am to be alive.

“Thank you to all my angels who protected me and let me stay to finish doing my work.”

There is nothing that can keep Madonna down.

Demi: It’s tough for me to tour

LIVE shows are the ultimate opportunity to see your favourite artists at their best.

Yet despite tours being far more lucrative than releasing tracks, more and more singers are admitting they find life on the road tough.

The latest is Demi Lovato, who says her body image insecurities have left her wondering if she can do it – admitting she adopted a “fake it till you make it” mentality in the past.

It comes hot on the heels of Miley Cyrus disappointing fans by ruling out a tour any time soon as she struggles to adjust to living on a bus for months on end and “getting ready in a locker room”.

Demi told the LadyGang podcast: “I’m so human, and I’ve been very open with my struggles having dealt with an eating disorder in the past.

“Being on stage when you’re having a bad body image day is the worst feeling.

“I sometimes tell myself, ‘If you can just believe the lyrics you’re singing’, fake it till you make it.”

KYLIE Minogue can’t stop breaking her own records.

Her album Tension came out on Friday and got 3.3million streams during its first full day on Spotify, easily surpassing the number she got for 2020’s Disco.

Something tells me come Friday’s charts Kylie will have bagged a ninth UK No1 album.

Rather than walking the runway with the models, Saweetie was on hand to perform a special remix of her hit Best Friend.

The track gave the star her second UK Top 40 single when it peaked at No35 in 2021.

That’s tum-thing to celebrate.

Usher to play the Super Bowl

R&B legend Usher will headline next year’s American football Super Bowl half-time show.

He will take to the stage at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on February 11.

Usher said: “It’s an honour of a lifetime to finally check a Super Bowl performance off my bucket list.

“I can’t wait to bring the world a show unlike anything else they’ve seen from me before.”

Rihanna did the gig this year and past performers include Katy Perry and Lady Gaga.

Usher will team up with event sponsor Apple Music to film the show for its platform.

On the same day he plays the Super Bowl, he will drop Coming Home, his first record in seven years. Busy boy.
