AC/DC UK tour: How to buy gig tickets

AC/DC have penned some of the biggest rock songs of all time, including Back in Black and Thunderstruck.

The band are heading back out on tour in 2025 and they’ll be stopping in Edinburgh. So how can you get tickets?

Where will AC/DC be performing ahead of their Edinburgh show?

The band have announced an incredible European Tour named Power Up. 

They will kick off the tour in Prague on June 26, 2025, before heading to Berlin, Warsaw and several other major cities. 

AC/DC will be playing in the UK for just one night though. 

The legendary rock band will be performing in Edinburgh on August 21, 2025, at Murrayfield Stadium.

How can you buy tickets for AC/DC’s Edinburgh show?

Tickets will go on sale on Friday, February 7, 2025. 

They will be released at 10am through LiveNation, Ticketmaster and See Tickets. 

There will be no presale, so it is important that you are ready to purchase tickets as soon as they become available. 

Make sure you are logged into your account on any of the listed ticket sellers, so you aren’t delayed. 

Also, join the queue fifteen minutes early if you want a better shot at nabbing tickets. 

Check your internet connection is strong to avoid lags.

How much will tickets cost for AC/DC’s Edinburgh show?

There are different tickets available at AC/DC’s Edinburgh show. 

Main pitch standing tickets will cost £115, while front pitch standing tickets will cost £130.

Seated tickets will also be available, which will range in price from £55 to £145. 

What can fans expect at AC/DC’s Edinburgh show?

AC/DC are known for putting on one of the best shows in rock.

Fans can expect pyrotechnics, soaring guitar riffs and some of the band’s biggest hits including Highway to Hell, Hell’s Bells and Shoot to Thrill. 

Since the show will be the tour’s final stop and Scotland is the home country of the band’s late, original singer Bon Scott, fans can also expect AC/DC to go all out.
