IT’S LIGHTS, camera, industrial action for British film stars as they take to the picket line.
Members of the actors union Equity pitched up in Leicester Square, London, yesterday in solidarity with their striking US colleagues.

Misssion Impossible stars Simon Pegg, 53, Hayley Atwell, 41, Rob Delaney, 46, led the charge to join arms with their Hollywood pals stateside.
The film industry was ground to a halt this month after a breakdown in negotiations between the Screen Actors Guild union and streaming services.
Also among the famous faces in Central London was Brian Cox, 77, Andy Serkis, 59, Imelda Staunton, 67.

Succession star Cox warned the crowd that high-flying Hollywood stars may be too short of cash to pay for health care unless their wages are hiked.
He added: “We are at the thin end of a really horrible wedge.
“SAG is an excellent union but in the U.S. we don’t have a national health service so what is important to SAG actors is health and they need that.
“That’s why they need their residuals.”
Actors were also joined by picket line regulars including Labour MP John McDonnell, Bectu head Philippa Childs, and Eddie Dempsey from the rail union.
