Benji McConkey, Ladd McConkey’s father, was a Georgia All-State player while playing for Dalton in the years 1993 and 1994. According to CityScope magazine, he guided the group to a record of 25-2 during the course of their first two years together.
At Dalton, he finished 1993 with a record of 12-1 and 1994 with a record of 13-1. After completing his high school education with honors and achieving an exceptional grade point average, Benji applied to and was accepted to Georgia Military College.

Ladd McConkey’s College Career
McConkey participated in Georgia’s scout team while wearing a redshirt during his time there.
In his first season as a true freshman, McConkey recorded five touchdown catches and finished with 28 receptions for 430 yards.
He scored his first touchdown of his collegiate and professional careers against Vanderbilt. In addition, McConkey scored a touchdown by running the ball. After the 34-10 victory over Auburn, in which he had one reception for 135 yards and one touchdown, he was given the Freshman of the Week award by the Southeastern Conference. McConkey started all seven of Georgia’s games while participating in all of the Bulldogs’ contests.
In the first game of the 2022 season, which was played against Oregon, McConkey scored two touchdowns, one receiving and one rushing.
McConkey set a new career high with six receptions during the game against Kent State.
Against Florida, he would score a touchdown, and then, in the game of the century against Tennessee, he would set a new season record with 94 yards of total offense.

Hinton’s previous affiliation was with the West Georgia West, a Division II team. He graduated from North Murry High School, which is located in Dalton, Georgia, and was a highly recruited talent.
The initial contract was given to Ladd’s brother, who subsequently attended Division I Presbyterian College in South Carolina. After that, he made a subsequent trip back to the Peace State for the 2016 election campaign.

Hinton allegedly grabbed the officer who was attempting to place his mother under custody, as stated by the police. After being brought to the Murray County jail, he was eventually freed after posting a bond in the amount of $5,000.
