Winning the press conference is one of the most overrated things in sports, but we always are eager to see a new coach or new general manager when they get the job.
The Jets introduced new coach Aaron Glenn and GM Darren Mougey on Monday. Glenn definitely won the presser. Mougey played more of a background role to Glenn, so it was tough to get a true read on him.
Now, none of this will matter in a few months when the Jets are on the field and there is a real scoreboard keeping track of their job performance. But it’s January and there is snow on the ground and only one more NFL game left this season, so let’s break down the introductory news conference.
