A two-month-old baby has died after being found unconscious at a regional property.
Police have launched an investigation after emergency services were called to a Gracemere property in Queensland’s Rockhampton region at 11pm on Monday.
Paramedics discovered the baby girl with life-threatening injuries.
She was rushed to Rockhampton hospital before being airlifted to Brisbane.
