Bodycam footage shows police treating the victim of a road rage shooting and arresting the man responsible — who allegedly gave the wounded man a countdown before firing.

As Law&Crime previously reported, Josue Colon Matos, 30, faces charges of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and reckless driving.

Footage from Dec. 23, 2024, shows the victim telling police that the defendant had been tailgating him.

“He just kept bothering me,” the man said while laying in the back of a sedan. “I got upset.”

Warning: The victim displays a gunshot wound.

“I didn’t deserve any of this,” he said.

Footage shows police removing the shoe from his injured foot to treat him.

“This is gonna f—ing hurt,” the officer wearing the camera is heard saying.
