Tim Walz: David Hogg Is Just the Man to Help Lead the DNC!

Minnesotans–or should I say the too few Minnesotans who are sane enough to notice–have long known that Tim Walz is a stupid, nasty, and very radical man.

I cheered when Kamala Harris chose him, both because he was a terrible choice and because he would finally be subjected to some media scrutiny, which I assure you NEVER happens to Democrats in Minnesota.

Walz was unmasked as a radical lefty during the campaign and, more than that, as a buffoon. Just how big a buffoon is as easy to forget as his name for people outside Minnesota–no doubt most people couldn’t name him now–unless he pops up into the national conversation by trying to exert his “influence.”

Like this:

Democrats are having a hard time connecting with ordinary people–their natural constituency is effete intellectuals, the cultural elite, and government employee unions. Pretty much every group other than these has been drifting or running away from the Democrats and picking a “Harvard-educated” anti-gun activist who looks like a Gavin Newsom wannabe is not going to help change the trajectory.

But then again, picking Tim Walz, who pranced around the stage with the grace of a drag queen and the physique of a “bear” itching to get into a bondage costume to bark like a dog, didn’t exactly endear the Democratic ticket to men.

It got so bad that he almost disappeared from the campaign late in the game. He attracted as many votes to Democrats as White Dudes for Harris, which means none at all.

I’m kinda sad that even Democrats have figured out that Tim Walz has the political charisma of toe fungus, so his endorsement of soy-boi David Hogg won’t push him over the top in the race to be Deputy Chair of the Democratic Party–although with Democrats voting, who knows whether Hogg doesn’t have the right stuff anyway to appeal to Democratic National Committee voters.

That Walz thinks Hogg is experienced and connects with voters tells you what you need to know about the progressive wing of the party–they think the big problem is that they didn’t go far enough left.

As a Republican, I hope Democrats keep going down this path because it will assure us of victories for a few years. Not that we should get cocky or complacent–Republican politicians can get sucked into their own Matrix and lose sight of the principles of good governance and become an Establishment themselves.

Think Bush, McCain, Romney… Americans need a reformed Washington.
