Kerry Katona takes savage swipe at ex-fiance Ryan as she insists she’s ‘not heartbroken’ over split anymore

KERRY Katona has taken a swipe at ex-fiance Ryan Mahoney, insisting she’s not heartbroken after their split.

The music and TV star, 44, was initially devastated by the separation but time is proving a healer.

In the days leading up to New Year, Kerry was feeling really low and dreading the start of the year.

However, just a week later her mindset has shifted and she’s now relishing what lies ahead.

In her latest New! magazine column, she wrote: “‘I’m feeling really good going into 2025 – it’s going to be a great year. I’m not heartbroken anymore and feel like I know that Ryan wasn’t the one for me.

“I’m a single woman and am in the best relationship of my life, which is with myself.

“I know people do things like dry January and diets, but I don’t drink much anyway and like to work on myself every day, so I’m not into any of that.”

It’s a 180 degree turn from her previous comments in which she described herself as “totally heartbroken” and not wanting to be herself.

Kerry’s beginning her year by updating her appearance and having a lower face lift and will be supported through her recovery by close pal Katie Price.

Katie’s had the procedure done before and will temporarily move in with Kerry to help with any post-op anxiety.

Mum-of-five Kerry announced her split from Ryan in November after weeks of speculation they were having difficulties.

She said at the time: “Last week I spoke about how Ryan and I were having a tough time and now he has moved out of the house.

“We are no longer together and It’s been a really tough week – I never in a million years thought this would happen. Without going into too much detail, there has been a breach of trust between us.”

Kerry and Ryan got engaged four years ago during a romantic holiday to Spain.

The star has been married three times – tying the knot with Brian McFadden in 2002, then Mark Croft in 2007 and George Kay in 2014.
