A young woman has been left fuming after finding out her best friend is pregnant – and their kids will be siblings.
The woman said she is not still with her ‘baby daddy’ but never expected her friend who had heard all the drama about the relationship would ‘be next in line’.
She added her daughter is six years old and in the time she’s been alive the man in question has been a terrible father.
‘He is a weekend parent at best, cosplaying the weird distant uncle at worst,’ she said.
The fuming mum said she no longer considered the other woman her friend but took the ‘tea’ to Facebook to let off steam.
She added her friend, who she knew long before her baby daddy, had even briefly dated his best friend.
And to ask for advice about how to ‘co-parent going forward’.
People were upset for the mum and agreed she should cut off her best friend and keep things ‘strictly about the child’ with her ex.

‘I understand the hurt, and it’s difficult, but for the sake of the child you have to put your feelings about the adults aside no matter what,’ one woman said.
The mum said that will be easy as ‘she refuses to acknowledge my existence’.
She added her former lover and former best friend are currently in a relationship and plan to raise the baby together.
‘I can’t talk about it at home and sometimes it hurts my heart that my bestfriend would do this after everything we’ve been through,’ she said.
Others gave different advice.
‘Be happy for them is the best revenge, it will eat them up if you show no negativity about it. It teaches your child that mum is strong because the child will always see the truth not today or next year but they do eventually,’ a woman said.
And the situation felt too familiar for others.
‘I too also just found out my baby daddy is having another baby with someone I used to consider my good friend. I’ve kinda just ignored it and will now only communicate about my child,’ one mum added.
Another said: ‘My son’s father not long had a child with my ex best friend, too. Her and I don’t speak, but our kids know each other and will be growing up as family.’
One woman joked it takes the idea of wanting your children to be like siblings to a new level. And others agreed: ‘I’m in the same situation and have professional Easter photos of them as babies (besties) now they are step sisters.’
Another said she went through the same thing and is no longer close with the other woman but sleeps easy knowing her child is safe around her.
