However, there is one habit he can’t seem to let go of — accidentally embarrassing those around him. In a November 2024 slip-up, Vance accidentally exposed Melania Trump’s thoughts on politics, and it seems he’s back for round two with Melania. In a post on X, formerly Twitter, Vance shared a snapshot capturing Melania and her husband, Donald Trump, sharing a touching moment behind the scenes at the New York Stock Exchange. On December 12, Donald was finally able to ring the bell at the start of the day, something the president-elect had not done until then. However, Vance made a grave error in posting the photo — he accidentally exposed a visible hair extension in Melania’s mop.

Considering all the overboard plastic surgery GOP stars seem to get, having a few hair extensions doesn’t move the needle much. In fact, since Melania comes from a modeling background, it’s safe to say she’s had hair extensions for much longer than many of us realized. But, the incoming first lady is notorious for wanting to keep up appearances — something Vance should keep in mind if he doesn’t want to get iced out by Donald Trump.
JD Vance finally got to appear at Donald Trump’s side in a rare occurrence
Ever since winning the 2024 election, Donald Trump has been making waves with his cabinet picks and cozying up to new best friend Elon Musk. Meanwhile, many were left wondering where JD Vance had disappeared to. After being named Time’s Person of the Year, Donald and a few close allies opened the New York Stock Exchange to celebrate, and Vance finally got to be in the band. However, considering Donald also brought his daughters Ivanka Trump and Tiffany Trump, it has many wondering if he needed to pull from the reserves for the event.
No matter who joined him, the NYSE was happy to receive the incoming president. In fact, according to CNBC, the floor erupted into shouts of “USA!” at one point in time. Coming from a business background has made Donald a favorite among the head honchos of publicly traded companies. For his part, “The Apprentice” host told the glowing audience at the NYSE that his administration would bring “an economy the likes of which nobody’s ever seen before,” which was an absolute crowd-pleaser of a statement.
