A man has been arrested after a woman’s body was found inside a unit in Sydney’s south-west this morning.
Police were called to an apartment on Knox Street in Belmore about 7.50am after a call was made concerning the woman’s welfare.
When they arrived, a woman believed to be aged in her 30s was found dead.
She has not yet been formally identified.
Police later arrested a 35-year-old man at a home in Denham Court
He was taken to Campbeltown Police Station and is said to be assisting police with their inquiries.
