In body camera footage and 911 audio narrated by the Los Angeles Police Department, a blood-splattered DUI suspect in California is seen biting at police who were escorting him at a hospital.

Brian Goldberg, 49, had been standing on his own two feet, although injured, when officers had arrived at the scene of the crash, but that day, March 1, ultimately escalated to him being put in handcuffs and surrounded by cops.

Officers had released the footage in light of the incident involving use of force in which an officer grabbed Goldberg’s neck.

According to cops, a bystander called 911 to say that a blue Prius ran a red light, causing a three-vehicle crash.

When police arrived, they handcuffed Goldberg on the sidewalk. An officer told him they suspected him of committing a DUI.

“Keep your hands off me,” said Goldberg, whose head showed splattered blood, apparently from the collision.

He refused to get in the police vehicle, plopped down on the ground, and immediately started yelling.

“My body hurts!” he said.

The struggle continued.
