Four teenagers aged 15 to 17 have already been charged over the alleged incident.

WA Police said officers have been working tirelessly to track down all the people involved in the alleged attacks.

“We understand this has been a distressing situation for the victims involved,” a police spokesperson said.

“This is why we have been working tirelessly to track down all people involved and hold them to account.

“We want the diverse sexuality and/or gender community to know that we are here, we want them to be safe and if something unwanted happens, they are not alone. Support and reporting options are available.”

In September, Premier Roger Cook condemned the alleged attacks, saying he hoped the perpetrators would be dealt with by the full extent of the law.

“What an insidious crime, what a horrible way for someone to perpetrate a crime in Western Australia, a violent crime,” he said.

“Not only to undertake that activity, but to conspire to undertake that activity.”
