Aussie cities rank among most cost-effective in the world

The Queensland capital has landed in second place amongst the world’s most cost-effective cities, helped by its ultra-low public transport fares of just 50 cents a trip.

Rent prices have experienced a 17.7 per cent increase since 2015, and the unemployment rate sits at only 4.20 per cent.
