I don’t know which candidate will ultimately be declared the winner. We all have our suspicions, guesses, fears, nightmares, fantasies, and expectations, but with so many variables at play, it is impossible to KNOW what will happen over the next few hours, days, weeks, or, God forbid, months.
We are all reading tea leaves, chicken bones, polls, and early vote numbers–which almost amount to the same thing. No two election cycles are the same, and no two electorates are.
Is there a silent Trump vote? A silent Harris vote? Are there millions of husbands fearing that their wives will finally notice that the ballot is secret and that they will wink at each other as they cast a vote for Cackling Kamala?
With all that said, Governors in Blue states and Mayors of Blue cities are definitely concerned about a potential Donald Trump victory.

Cities are being boarded up, the National Guard is being put on standby, and businesses are worried that rampaging leftists will express their rage in the way they know best: violence and destruction.

So far, three states have activated their National Guard because they worry about election-related violence.
Not one of these public officials is worried about rampaging MAGA supporters. You know that, I know that, and everybody in the world knows that. The party of the raised fist is preparing for war.

Some people see the preparations as evidence that Trump is likely to win, but that is a bit of a stretch. Instead, this is simply an acknowledgment that leftists will riot at the drop of a hat, and these cities are already on their knees because of the last batch of riots that drove businesses out of them. No matter how high your tax rate, you still need taxpayers.

The Democrats have memory-holed the inaugural riots of 2017 because they are inconvenient, but the people in charge know their history and their constituents.
Let’s remember the riots in D.C. during President Trump’s inauguration. They were violent, property was destroyed and police were injured.

I don’t know about you, but I am absolutely certain that if Trump is declared the winner, the entire left will go even more insane and lash out violently. I’m even certain that preparations have been made, people mobilized, and that people are standing by. Not organized by the Democratic Party, but by their fellow travelers.
