She was charged with three counts of aggravated break and enter to commit a serious indictable offence and disposing of stolen property worth under $5000.
She was refused bail and will appear before Liverpool Local Court later today.
Police will allege in court the woman was the driver in the alleged break and enter.
Her arrest comes after it was reported 63,000 limited-edition Bluey $1 coins, produced by the Royal Australian Mint, were stolen from a warehouse in Wetherill Park on July 12.
The unreleased coins feature designs from the popular ABC children’s series, Bluey.
The woman is the third person to be charged following the alleged theft.
Detectives will allege in court the 44-year-old man colluded with another man who worked at the warehouse to steal the coins.
Police have so far seized 189 of the coins and charged the two men, who remain before the courts.
