Police are today continuing to investigate the death of an e-scooter rider in Melbourne’s south-east.

Officers believe a car and the e-scooter collided in the intersection of Westall Road and Thames Avenue about 2.40pm yesterday.

The rider, a 31-year-old man, died at the scene.

The 23-year-old woman driving the car stopped at the scene and has spoken to police.
