A haunting last video has emerged just hours before an Australian woman was found dead in a hotel bathtub in Bali.

Pauline Cannon, 67,  from Brisbane, was found submerged in the bath in the early hours of Sunday morning the Pullman Hotel in Kuta, a popular area with Aussie travellers.

Hotel staff raised the alarm around 7.30am when they discovered water flooding out of her room.

However, they had trouble entering because the door was locked from the inside.

Eventually security staff were able to gain entry and they found Ms Cannon in the bath wearing a dark pink t-shirt and light pink-shorts with the taps still running.

Several packs of medication were also found in her room.

Local police said there were no signs of violence on her body.

Daily Mail Australia can reveal that the evening before Ms Cannon was discovered she shared a video on social media captioned ‘the things you do in Bali’.

Laughing to the camera, Ms Cannon picks up a large shot glass filled with what looks like Tequila.

‘Here we go, say good night, Irene,’ Ms Cannon says as she knocks back the drink and laughs.

A waiter can be seen smiling in the background as Ms Cannon squirms and shakes her head after sucking on a piece of lime.

A family member shared the video on social media, writing: ‘Aunty Pauline, who would have thought this would be your last post?’

‘Very sad, RIP. How quickly things can change.’
