A 20-year-old man is in a serious condition, and another man is in a stable condition after stabbings on the Gold Coast this morning.
Queensland Police were called to two assaults on Remembrance Drive in Surfers Paradise about 6.15am, after a man was reportedly stabbed in the stomach, chest, and back.

A 20-year-old from Toowoomba was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition.

Another 20-year-old Toowoomba man was found injured at the scene.

He was stabbed in the lower back but remains in a stable condition.

A heavy police presence was seen across three Surfers Paradise streets.

Officers questioned a group of young men outside the Q1 building.

No charges have been laid over the stabbing.

Gold Coast detectives issued an appeal for help from the public, releasing images of two men who they say may be able to help their investigation.
