The IDF has confirmed a ‘limited’ operation against Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon has begun. Blasts have been heard in Beirut and residents of border towns have been told to leave their communities.
The new moves come after Netanyahu issued a warning to Iran Monday, just days after an airstrike south of Beirut killed the leader of the Lebanese Hezbollah group, which is backed by Tehran.
Netanyahu said “there is nowhere in the Middle East Israel cannot reach.”
