Four paramedic crews rushed to Vincent Street in Auchenflower after they were told a vehicle had struck a pole at 1.17pm.

A high-acuity team was also sent to help with the emergency response, a Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said.

Paramedics also assessed a man at the scene but he was not taken to hospital.
