Julia Fox faked out her fans with a baby bump photo.
The actress clarified pregnancy speculation on Tuesday after posting a mirror selfie to Instagram with her stomach showing in a cropped white tee and matching boxer shorts.
“Oops,” she captioned the initial upload.
Fox, 34, set the record straight in the subsequent slide, writing, “Omg its for a movie!! THE BELLY IS NOT REAL!!!”
While the model did not divulge any details about the project, Variety reported last month that she will play a “wealthy pregnant woman who is living out an escapist fantasy as she falls in love with a younger woman” in “Perfect.”
Fox is already a mother, having given birth to now-3-year-old son Valentino in January 2021.
The “Uncut Gems” star welcomed her baby boy with ex-husband Peter Artemiev.
Fox wrote an Elle essay in August about raising her little one with two of her chosen family members after being “left alone with an infant … due to some unforeseen and devastating circumstances.”
She gushed, “We’re all living together again under one roof, co-parenting a happy little boy who’s never had to endure the sounds of fighting and yelling. Who only knows unconditional love and support.”
The “Down the Drain” author confirmed to People in June 2022 that she “would like to have more children.”
She noted at the time that she loved Valentino, who seemed “ready for siblings,” with a devotion “so visceral it could shatter the Earth.”
As for her love life, Fox has only publicly dated Kanye West since splitting from Artemiev in 2020.
She revealed in a May TikTok comment that she had been celibate for two and a half years and “never been better.”
Two months later, she came out as a lesbian.
“So sorry, boys,” Fox said in July, claiming she had once been “that lesbian” who “literally hate[d]” her boyfriend — which wouldn’t “happen again.”
