More than a dozen people are trapped on a ride at the Sea World theme park on the Gold Coast.
Staff at the theme park said they are trying to get them out of the Vortex ride.
Thirteen passengers are on board the ride which stopped at about 3pm.
They can be seen suspended in the air in their seats, with a cherry picker being used to try and free them.
“The Vortex at Sea World is currently experiencing a standard ride stoppage,” Sea World said in a statement.
“All 13 guests on-board are safe and our team are communicating with them as we prepare to exit them from the ride.”
