THE Sopranos star Jamie-Lynn Sigler has checked out of the hospital with her young son after he was diagnosed with a rare disorder.
Jamie-Lynn, 43, posted a heartwarming health update on Instagram over the weekend about her 10-year-old son, Beau.
Beau was recently diagnosed with a rare inflammatory autoimmune disorder, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM), and spent over a month in the hospital.
According to the National Library of Medicine, this condition is marked by the loss of myelin in the brain and spinal cord, caused by inflammation triggered by a prior infection or vaccination.
The video showed him running down a hallway as medical staff blew bubbles, waved light-up wands, and cheered for him.
Beau also “hit the griddy,” a trendy dance move, as he made his way down the “catwalk” surrounded by support.
“After 33 days, we are busting out of here! My brave boy, you are a walking miracle,” The Sopranos actress wrote in her caption.
“The rest of this story will be Beau’s to tell, if he chooses to one day.”
Jamie-Lynn continued to thank the staff at Dells Children’s Hospital, saying, “The way you take care of your patients and the way you guide their families through the process, I just don’t have enough words.”
“I’m in awe of your patience, dedication, and expertise,” she added. “But, no offense.. I hope we never see you again.”
She thanked her followers for “all the love and prayers,” noting that “they worked.”
Fellow celebrities noted how strong Beau was in the comments of Jamie-Lynn’s post.
“Woooooo let’s go Beau!” Dancing with the Stars host Julianne Hough wrote.
“Yes Beau!! We love you Jamie and are in awe of you!” wrote Glee actress Lea Michele.
“These are real tears…shoot this. I’m so happy for your family. Stronger than ever now,” said actor Dave Annable.
KEEPING STRONG
On Monday, Jamie-Lynn also shared a cryptic post on her Instagram Stories about having a “lifequake.”
“A significant, sudden and unexpected shift in the trajectory of your life that initially feels devastating but has the beneficial outcome of catalyzing personal growth, transformation and rebirth,” the post read.
My brave boy, you are a walking miracle.”

Earlier this month, the actress shared a selfie with her pre-teen son and informed followers of his health condition.
“4 weeks ago, what seemed like a normal virus for our son, turned into a nightmare,” she told followers.
“To say this has been hard, is an understatement, and I’ve never felt more broken.”
Jamie-Lynn said she had also never felt more love, however, as friends and family “came to her rescue.”
The actress thanked her husband, Cutter Dystra, for his “patience and strength” during the tough time.
Along with Beau, the couple — who married in 2016 — also share a 6-year-old son, Jack.
