A man has been charged with the murder of a man found dead inside a Brisbane unit.
Detectives located and arrested a 40-year-old man on the Sunshine Coast in the early hours of this morning.
Investigators believe the death occurred due to a fight at the unit on Friday last week.
Police will allege the two men are known to each other.
The 40-year-old Sunshine Coast man will appear in the Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Monday.
