A baby is among three people killed in a car crash in Western Australia’s remote Mid West.

The car rolled in the Yalgoo region, about 500 kilometres north of Perth, killing a baby boy who was just a few weeks old.

Two women also lost their lives in the Saturday night crash.

One woman in her 20s died at the scene of the crash and another woman in her 30s died later in hospital.

The Toyota Hilux ute rolled along the Geraldton Mount Magnet Road as it travelled through Yalgoo about 10.50pm (12.50am on Sunday AEST).

Three survivors were being treated at Royal Perth Hospital.

Police are investigating the accident, including whether seatbelts were being worn.
