KATIE Price is living it up in Turkey on holiday with her boyfriend JJ Slater instead of attending her bankruptcy case today.
The former glamour model was due to appear in front of a judge at 10.30am.

Katie revealed she was jetting off on the most recent episode of The Katie Price podcast.
Last night JJ shared a picture of the Sheraton Istanbul Atakoy Hotel in Istanbul, Turkey, on his Instagram story.
The five-star hotel boasts an incredible two swimming pools, spa, gym and a bar.
The pair will soon be joined by her oldest Harvey, 22.
Katie told her sister Sophie: “Mr Harvey Price comes on Friday.
“He’s so excited.
“Every time I’m on the phone to him, he keeps showing me his plastic iPad waterproof case for the swimming pool.”
Katie was due in court for a £760,000 bankruptcy fight today.
The case was postponed back in May when she was expected to
tell the court how she intends to pay off the tax bill having
had her mansion repossessed by lenders after she failed to pay off
mortgage arrears.
Katie was declared bankrupt for a second time in March over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05.

The demand for payment was made by HMRC last October.
She was due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court but failed to turn up as she was in Cyprus with JJ instead.
Katie was declared bankrupt with unpaid debts of £3.2M.
A judge today issued an arrest warrant for Katie after she dodged another bankruptcy hearing.
Judge Catherine Barton said: “It is in my judgement necessary that the court issue a warrant for Ms Price’s arrest.
“She has no real excuse in failing to attend today’s hearing.
“The reason for her absence today is irrelevant.”
