Jacqueline Laurita spilled the beans on Joe Giudice’s cheating years ago
While it’s hard to pinpoint when Joe Giudice’s infidelity may have started, it’s easy to figure out when the general public caught wind of the rumors. Jacqueline Laurita, who appeared on The Real Housewives of New Jersey alongside the ex-couple, was the first person to bring the allegations to light.
During the season 4 Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion special, Laurita accused Joe Giudice of cheating on Teresa Giudice. He was not the only person she went after. She also alleged that Teresa was well aware that her husband had a wandering eye and that she had even caught him in the act multiple times. Laurita claimed Teresa had caught Joe Giudice with an assistant and a babysitter. She said Teresa chose to ignore his behavior. Teresa denied having any foolproof evidence that Joe had cheated on her.

Laurita isn’t the only one who brought up moments were it is pretty hard to imagine Joe was not cheating on his wife. Teresa herself has come forward with plenty of damning evidence of her own. In a 2020 scene on Bravo, Teresa revealed that she once uncovered Joe’s secret cell phone. She told the publication that when she brought up the phone to him, he insisted he was using it to help someone from his past through their divorce. Teresa said he denied any cheating allegations, so she remained in the marriage, though they divorced later. The incident happened before The Real Housewives of New Jersey catapulted the family to stardom.
Despite Joe Giudice insisting he never cheated on Teresa, reality TV cameras caught some evidence, too. Once on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, the evidence of potential infidelity started to stack up. Joe was even caught on a hot mic trash-talking his wife. While he insisted he was not talking to another woman, it was obvious that he was speaking to a woman. It is unclear what their relationship was or how they knew each other.
