Boyfriend from popular TikTok duo arrested for allegedly shooting girlfriend in face after ‘heated’ fight

A man who posted popular videos on TikTok documenting his romantic life and relationship with his girlfriend is under arrest and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after police in Texas say Ladarius Morshun Brownlee shot Seyeddah “Zahra” Hashemi in the face, leaving her alive but with life-threatening injuries.

In a statement from police on Facebook, officers said the shooting occurred close to 1 a.m. on July 5. Brownlee also faces three charges of deadly misconduct – discharge firearm according to Denton County jail records. A bond of $900,00o was set for the Northlake, Texas, resident and he remains detained as of Thursday. It is unclear if he has retained an attorney.
