Lisa was handed the keys to the semi-detached property as part of her divorce deal from Ant.
Now it has been revealed that she is set to pocket a pretty penny for the sale of the Chiswick home.
Lisa and Ant purchased the home in the affluent West London suburb in 2006 for £2.3million.
The mortgage-free property is now being listed to potential buyers at the £4million mark meaning that Lisa could be sitting a top an eye-watering £1.7million profit.
The Sun exclusively told how Lisa had decided to ditch her former marital home in the wake of the news that ex Ant, 48, had welcomed a baby boy, his first child, with new wife, Anne-Marie Corbett.
Lisa is understood to not have been living at the property in recent years after buying her own mansion in the wake of the separation.
However, as well as their pet pooch Hurley, it has long been considered one of Lisa’s few remaining ties to her ex-hubby.
In a further blow to the star, the three-bedroom home was gripped by an inferno in September last year, costing £1 million worth of damage.
A source told The Sun of her decision to finally sell up: “There are obviously lots of memories attached to the house.
“Lisa has long since moved on but this is essentially the last connection she has from her marriage to Ant.
“She bought a new home nearby after they divorced and added a pool and a gym.
“She rented the former marital home out, but after last year’s fire gutted a back bedroom she doesn’t want the hassle anymore.”
The property includes an 80ft south facing rear garden – with a “self-contained garden studio” – as well as a gym room and “games/cinema room/bar area”, according to the listing on home-buying site Rightmove.
Lisa has since moved into a new property nearby and recently described the abode as her “happy place” – sharing snaps of several rooms which she had designed to her taste.
Neutral colours dominated, with the floorboards a deep mahogany brown and the kitchen area dominated by a large marble island overhung by a silver chandelier.
The Sun exclusively revealed in 2022 how the star’s application for a swimming pool and gym was approved by her local council despite furious complaints from neighbours.
According to the council planning officer’s report, they received four responses from neighbours with various complaints.
