Police are responding to reports of an armed man inside the Crime and Corruption Commission headquarters building in Brisbane.

Police received a call about an armed man inside a building on St Pauls Terrace in Fortitude Valley at around 4.20pm.

It is currently an ongoing situation, with multiple police at the scene.
